Vehicle Diagnostics
Vehicle Diagnostics (Manual Diagnostics)
Vehicle Diagnostics diagnoses anomalies in the vehicle and provides diagnostic results. UVO eServices Activation(Enrollment) is needed to use Vehicle Diagnostics. This feature is only available when the vehicle is stationary because there are controls that are undiagnosable when the vehicle is in motion. If you switch to another screen during Vehicle Diagnostics, Vehicle Diagnostics will be cancelled.
- Select [HOME] or [
] > [UVO] > [Vehicle Diagnostics].

- Select the desired item.

- [Schedule Service]: Requests a service from your preferred dealership or a nearby dealership.
- [Roadside Assist]: Connects to the center for Roadside Assist.(For more information, see the Roadside Assist section.)
- If you select [Schedule Service], choose your desired option.

- [Preferred Dealer]: Sends vehicle diagnostics results to the registered dealer on MyUVO.com to request an appointment.
- [Nearby]: Sends vehicle diagnostics results to the nearest dealer to request an appointment.
If you select [Roadside Assist], the location and vehicle information are sent to the center for roadside assistance.

- If you select [Preferred Dealer], a Schedule Service request is sent to the registered dealer.

If you select [Nearby], a list of nearby dealers is received.

- Select your desired dealer from the list of nearby dealers, and then a Schedule Service request will be sent to the selected dealer.

Vehicle Diagnostics (Auto Diagnostics)
The Vehicle Diagnostics (Auto Diagnostics) feature automatically performs diagnostics on your car when a warning light comes on the cluster panel and displays the details of the vehicle malfunction on the screen for the driver.

If Vehicle Diagnostics (Auto Diagnostics) was unsuccessful, the diagnostics is automatically performed again when you turn on your vehicle. |
